Field Force Manager

Job Description
The Field Force Manager in the Mobile Industry will oversee the operational performance of agency and field staff (Promoters), ensuring adherence to company standards, regulatory requirements, and key performance indicators (KPIs). This position entails managing the daily operations of promoters across multiple locations, with a focus on compliance, productivity, and seamless communication among the agency, promoters, and internal management. A strong background in the mobile industry and hands-on experience leading field teams are crucial for success in this role.
• Supervise daily operations of field force (promoters), ensuring adherence to attendance, professionalism, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with regions on recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and exit interview of promoters.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess performance, morale, and operational issues.
• Oversee scheduling, punctuality, and resource allocation.
• Ensure promoters are equipped with appropriate materials, tools, and product knowledge, especially within mobile and consumer electronics in coordination with Training team.
• Track and report on performance metrics like attendance, product knowledge, engagement, and customer interactions.
• Address performance issues promptly in collaboration with the HR agency.
• Provide regular updates to management on field force performance and challenges.
• Develop and present accurate and timely reports on field operations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in managing field teams, overseeing retail operations, or designing sales strategies.
- Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate and draw insights from market data and consumer trends.
- Skilled in formulating strategies for deployment planning and network or coverage expansion.
- Familiarity with store grading systems, clustering approaches, and market segmentation methods.
- Exceptional strategic planning and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication abilities and proficiency in managing stakeholder relationships.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within fast-moving and dynamic work environments.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or product training, preferably in telecom, mobile, or electronics industry
- Familiarity with retail or mall environment and associated operational challenges.
- Proficient in using MS Office tools
- Willing to travel to different store locations or regions
