Job Description Sales Force Effectiveness & Incentive Design Develop, analyze, and optimize sales incentive programs to enhance performance. Monitor call rates, productivity metrics, and KPIs to ensure efficiency. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and territory management. Sales System Implementation & Process Improvement Lead the roll out of a new sales system (e.g., Salesforce) to enhance sales operations. Work with regional and local teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption. Automate sales reporting and dashboard creation for performance tracking. Stakeholder & Team Management Work closely with Medical Representatives, District Managers, and the Head of Sales. Collaborate with regional and leadership teams to provide data-driven insights and reporting. The Successful Applicant Manager-level professional in sales force effectiveness, sales operations, or sales analytics. People management experience is required. Strong expertise in incentive program design, sales analytics, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva CRM, etc.). Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
