About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Staff to join our team at Bayanilife Inc. in Tarlac, Central Luzon. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources department and contributing to the overall success of our organisation. What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  2. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
  3. Provide support for employee relations, including addressing queries and resolving conflicts
  4. Assist with the administration of employee benefits and payroll processing
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives, such as training and development programs
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related issues and support business objectives

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. At least 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a consulting or advisory capacity
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  4. Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  5. Proficient in using HR-related software and technologies
  6. Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in the Philippines
