Work Location: Monumento, Caloocan City
Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
The Billing Supervisor will oversee the billing operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely preparation, processing, and monitoring of all client invoices and collections. The role involves supervising billing staff, maintaining records, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, and proven experience in billing or accounting supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day billing operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoices and statements.
- Review billing documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with contracts or client agreements.
- Oversee collection follow-ups, payment postings, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Coordinate with the accounting department regarding receivables, payment discrepancies, and financial reporting.
- Generate and analyze billing reports and provide updates to management on collection status and outstanding accounts.
- Ensure all billing processes adhere to company policies and accounting regulations.
- Train, guide, and evaluate the performance of billing staff.
- Support audits by preparing necessary billing and collection documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries related to billing and resolve discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in billing, accounting, or finance, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of billing processes, collections, and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting or ERP software is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Monumento, Caloocan City.
