Job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct investigations on claims involving lost, damaged, or delayed items to determine validity and accountability.
- Collect, review, and verify all necessary documentation and evidence related to each claim (e.g., waybills, photos, reports, CCTV footage).
- Coordinate with branches, hubs, riders, and other departments to obtain factual information and statements.
- Analyze data and identify patterns or inconsistencies that may indicate operational issues or fraudulent activity.
- Prepare clear, detailed, and timely investigation reports with findings and recommendations for claim resolution.
- Ensure that claims are processed accurately and within the prescribed timeline.
- Maintain proper documentation and secure handling of confidential claim-related information.
- Support continuous improvement by providing insights and recommendations to prevent recurring claims or losses.
- Collaborate with the Finance and Operations teams to reconcile and close claims.
- Uphold company policies, ethical standards, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminology, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and report preparation.
