- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and timely solutions.
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction score, and productivity targets.
- Collaborate with other teams (sales, technical support, operations) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve product knowledge and service skills.
