Job Summary:

The Project Assistant is responsible for providing support in real estate project implementation by ensuring compliance with master plans and architectural specifications within the provided timeline and budget.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the liaison between Project Officers, Contractors, Consultants, Government Agencies, and other project participants by providing technical and administrative information of all parties involved in the project.
  • Provides support to ensure smooth and timely project progress.
  • Conducts site inspections to check compliance with standards and policies.
  • Manages project documents, materials, and change orders.
  • Keeps organized records and supports the Project Officer as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
  • Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) is required
  • Preferably at least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in the related field
