We are seeking a highly organized Contingent Workforce Administrator to manage and optimize our contingent workforce program. This role ensures efficient onboarding, compliance, and operational support for temporary, contract, and freelance workers. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR, procurement, and hiring managers to streamline processes and enhance workforce efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end contingent workforce lifecycle, including onboarding, contract management, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of contingent workers, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Work with staffing vendors and agencies to ensure smooth talent acquisition and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor and track workforce performance, headcount, and budget utilization.
  • Assist in developing policies and best practices for contingent workforce management.
  • Resolve issues related to timesheets, invoicing, and worker classification.
  • Generate reports and analytics to support workforce planning and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in workforce administration, vendor management, or HR operations.
  • Familiarity with contingent workforce platforms and VMS tools.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Pay: Php25, Php29,000.00 per month
