We are seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Management Coordinator to oversee the onboarding and offboarding of contractors. This role ensures a smooth transition for new hires and departing personnel, maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding:
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including background checks and contract documentation.
  • Facilitate system access, equipment allocation, and training for new contractors.
  • Serve as a point of contact for onboarding inquiries and ensure a seamless integration process.
  • Offboarding:
  • Manage contractor offboarding, including system deactivation and return of company assets.
  • Ensure final clearance, exit interviews, and compliance with termination procedures.
  • Maintain and update records to reflect contractor status changes.
  • Process & Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to workforce policies, data privacy, and security guidelines.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and department leads to streamline onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Generate reports and maintain documentation for audits and compliance checks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in workforce management, HR coordination, or contractor administration.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, onboarding tools, and workforce management systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php29,000.00 per month
