Procurement - Bahasa Indonesia Bilingual

• Directly involve with sourcing, vetting and negotiating supplier partnerships, catalogs & categories
• Will be responsible for managing quality cost savings and vendor relation
• Develop and enhance process controls for all affiliates
• Manage supplier performance, identified risks and developed strategic buying plans
• Develop and manage relationships with key suppliers by utilizing best practices for assigned Indirect
• Purchasing commodities. This includes understanding of supplier lead times and capacities.
• Meet cost savings targets, implement process improvement initiatives, and deliver to Key Performance Indicators.
• Ensure proper routing of tail spend requisitions with internal purchasing team.
• Work with cost specialist in performing comprehensive cost analysis and cost modelling.
• Negotiate purchase price and terms for individual orders.
• Actively participate with key stakeholders to develop commodity knowledge

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Procurement domain
• Should possess Bachelor's degree
• High level of organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrate competence in negotiating skills
• Strong communication both verbal and written in BAHASA INDONESIA

Technical Skill

• Experience with SAP is preferred
• Mandatory Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and reporting skills
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office and SAP
• High level of analytical ability where problems can be somewhat complex
