  • Warehouse Management:

Overseeing warehouse operations, delegating tasks as needed, and monitoring performance.
- Inventory Management:

Tracking inventory levels, managing stock, and ensuring accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
- Logistics and Operations:

Coordinating the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Safety and Compliance:

Enforcing safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Process Improvement:

Identifying opportunities for process optimization, implementing changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Communication and Collaboration:

Effectively communicating and collaborating with the team, other departments, and management, to streamline operations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree holder of any related field
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations; at least 2–3 years in the role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and operate machine/equipments (as needed)
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
