Your role

As an E-commerce Merchandising Assistant, you will:

• Project Management: You'll manage your own workflow and set deadlines to ensure all projects are submitted within key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Product Launches: You will launch, track, and maintain products on assigned retail websites.
• Data Management: You'll use Excel templates, retailer portals, and/or PIM systems to ensure all requirements are met before items go live.
• Updates and Maintenance: You will process updates for specifications, pricing, and imagery, ensuring items are live within documented timeframes.
• Content Optimization: You'll analyze content using retailer portals, sales reports, and audits to develop and implement optimization strategies.
• Collaboration: You will partner with the Content team to ensure retailer requirements are communicated, updated, and optimized to boost sell-through.
• Template Preparation: You will populate or reformat the new option and imagery templates.
• Audits and Quality Control: You'll conduct audits by comparing product page details with source data to ensure correct information is displayed and all available imagery is live.
• Image Management: You will create Box Links, resize images, count images, and rename imagery as needed.
• Inventory Oversight: You'll perform daily outreach, auditing, and consistent maintenance of inventory for specific retailers.
• Ad-Hoc Projects: You will handle various ad-hoc projects related to assortments and retailer requests.
• Discrepancy Resolution: You'll proficiently resolve data and content discrepancies within portals by troubleshooting and opening support tickets efficiently.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables:

• eCommerce Portal Experience: Experience with building products within systems like Home Depot, Lowes, Wayfair, Target, Kohls, Overstock, Amazon, Syndigo, and Lamps Plus.
• Target and Walmart Experience: Specific experience with Target and Walmart (Ideal but not required)
• Strong Skills: Must have strong organization, communication, and time management skills.
• Advanced Excel: Advanced Excel skills are a must, including V-lookups and pivot tables.
• Data Management: Experience with high-volume project and data management.

• Deadline-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to perform well under tight deadlines.
