About the Role

A tech-savvy and detail-oriented Part-Time HubSpot Specialist is needed to help maintain and optimize the companys CRM. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a flexible, remote environment.

The HubSpot Specialist will ensure smooth platform performance by managing data, building reports, and streamlining processes to support sales and client onboarding teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine data cleaning, de-duplication, and contact segmentation to maintain an organized and accurate CRM database.
  • Build and maintain customized dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics for sales and client onboarding.
  • Assist in creating and managing automated workflows and email sequences to improve team efficiency.
  • Provide light administrative support related to HubSpot, including preparing onboarding summaries and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications and Experience

Must-Haves:

  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM (pipeline management, contact records, dashboard creation).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fully remote environment.
  • Professional proficiency in written English.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with data entry, report preparation, or client onboarding support.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) or Microsoft Office.
