Job Description

  • Providing accurate, relevant, and timely advice on a variety of legal topics that relate to the business.
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Strong background in litigation
    and mitigating legal risks and advising on contract status, legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated with different deals.
  • Ensuring the Flash Group PH compliance with all laws and rules and regulations.
  • Researching and anticipating unique legal issues that could impact the Flash Group PH.
  • Reviewing advertising and marketing materials to ensure that they are in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Providing training to the Flash Group PH on legal topics.
  • Handling litigation cases (civil, commercial, labor, tax, and criminal).
  • Staying up-to-date with changes to legislation, particularly in relation to laws, rules and regulations that directly affect the business.
  • Liaising with the different units of the Flash Group PH.
  • Promoting legal, compliance and risk management best practice throughout the Flash Group PH.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law and bar passer.
  • Must have 2+ years proven background on corporate, litigation, compliance and operations .
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization.
  • Amenable to work on site: Upper McKinley, Taguig City. Monday to Friday
