Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in financial services, banking, insurance, or similarly complex industries. (Non-negotiable)
  • Proven leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels. (Non-negotiable)
  • Strong background in managing PMO functions within large-scale or enterprise programs. (Non-negotiable)
  • Expertise in project governance, reporting, and stakeholder management. (Non-negotiable)
  • Solid knowledge of SDLC and experience across multiple project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Iterative). (Non-negotiable)
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence). (Non-negotiable)
  • Track record in managing enterprise-scale or complex application projects. (Non-negotiable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Non-negotiable)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. (Non-negotiable)

Job Description

Summary:

The PMO will be responsible for overseeing project governance, providing centralized program support, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders for enterprise-wide initiatives. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while driving continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and oversee project governance frameworks, processes, and KPIs.
  • Provide centralized support, tools, and best practices to project teams.
  • Monitor milestones, identify risks/issues, and support resolution.
  • Deliver clear communication and reporting on program status to stakeholders.
  • Engage with leadership and stakeholders to align expectations and address concerns.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance and recommending enhancements.
  • Facilitate training to strengthen project management capabilities across the organization.
