Activations Specialist

Purpose of the Role
As the Activations Specialist, you will assist in the organization of events benefitting various stakeholders (Sales, Employee, Corporate, Customer) including mobilization of internal and external resources to support event requirements. You will provide assistance in the conceptualization of better event ideas. You are responsible for ensuring complete incentive fulfillment across all channels.
Responsibilities of the Role
Supporting event requirements by coordinating resource requirements
Provide coordination with events agency on event requirements and ensure adherence of events agency of such requirements
- Coordinate with distribution on execution of events and attendance of the sales force
Will ensure boothing requirements for customer activations are handled
Timely execution of incentives and campaigns for the sales force and referrors
Ensure report generation of prize fulfillment
Collaborate with Procurement on suppliers of prizes
Coordinating with prize recipients on prize redemption requirements and ensuring compliance of such requirements
Coordinate with Distribution Support team for the timely acquisition of contest results
- Coordinate with sales force in the proper management of incentive fulfillment
- Provide assistance during incentive trips as market management representative, when warranted, and ensure security and itinerary compliance
Requirements for the Role
- Minimum 3 years experience in the life insurance industry or in a similar line of work
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Skills to work independently and as a team
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Experience with AI-driven adaptive learning technologies and data analysis for personalized training.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for content recommendation, automated assessment, and feedback.
