  • Coordinates grievance handling conflicts as necessary and ensures that the right grievance handling procedure is followed, resulting in the completion of disciplinary actions in accordance with corporate policy and applicable laws.
  • Consult HR Head for further evaluation and decision on any issues and concerns or incident reports received.
  • Carries out any additional tasks that may be required to meet the department's and the company's goals
