Are you passionate about retail operations and making sure everything runs like clockwork? We're a fast-growing retail company specializing in shoes and athletic gear, with branches all over Metro Manila and surrounding provinces — and we're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our team

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple branches
  • Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth logistics, inventory, and staffing
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and policies
  • Support in launching new branches and retail initiatives
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and propose effective solutions

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail operations (footwear or apparel industry is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Willing to travel across branches (Metro Manila & nearby provinces)
  • Problem-solver, team player, and results-driven
  • Excellent communication skills
