
Assistant Technical Service Coordinator

Comply with all requirements (new requirements and renewal of existing requirements) required by the technical services team/department. These requirements include :
- Health Requirements
- Safety Passes
- SHE Badges
- Training / Seminars needed
- Certifications (for High-Risk Projects)
- Orientations (including scheduling with Client or end-user)
- Other project-related requirements
Monitoring of Technical Staff Attendance
Initiate requests for project needs, such as ;
- Meal allowances
- Project supplies
- House Rental (including payment of related bills)
- Gas allowance
- Payment for Training/Seminars/Health-related Tests
Monitoring of payments completion
Carry out liquidations and reimbursements of funds used within the Departments.
Handle revolving funds.
Carry out services–related communications or any services-related coordination required by the Technical Services department head/supervisor.
Act as substitute/assistant to the technical services coordinator whenever needed (in scheduling and coordination tasks), especially during peak seasons/day off/leave
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any four-year course
· Previous administrative experience preferred
· Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
· The ability to work well under deadlines and multitask
· Can work on weekends; probability of rest days on weekdays
