Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in law, Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Compliance
  • Sound knowledge on Compliance practices, standards and regulations such as Data Privacy Act of 2012
  • Direct experience in managing interactions with regulators including Securities and Exchange Commission, and National Privacy Commission
  • Good knowledge on Compliance practices, standards and regulations such as Data Privacy Act of 2012
  • Direct experience in managing interactions with regulators including Securities and Exchange Commission, and National Privacy Commission.
  • Good knowledge of business trends/ changes in legislation and regulation that impact Compliance practices.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.
