Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day operational activities, with a strong focus on visa processing for expatriate clients, workforce deployment, service delivery, and compliance. The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage people, processes, and performance while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations related to manpower deployment, visa processing, documentation, and client servicing.
- Manage and supervise operational teams handling processing and client coordination.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, immigration regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee visa processing for expatriate clients, including work permits, special visas, renewals, and cancellations.
- Manage team in-charge of liaising with government agencies (e.g., BI, DOLE, POEA if applicable) and external partners for processing and compliance matters.
- Monitor operational performance through statistical reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Analyze operational data and prepare regular management reports on productivity, turnaround time, compliance, and service quality.
- Develop and improve operational processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Handle escalations, resolve operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and staff to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
Qualifications
- College graduate in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in manpower services, BPO, HR outsourcing, or professional services.
- Solid background in local visa processing for expatriate clients, including work permits and immigration compliance.
- Strong people management skills with demonstrated leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience in statistical reporting, performance analysis, and dashboard management.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Willing to work on-site on a 6-day work schedule.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
