Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong Python expertise, advanced backend and frontend skills, and extensive experience in cloud-based architectures. You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable applications, including AI/ML integrations, microservices, and complex workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development of full stack applications using FastAPI, Django, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Django templates).
  • Architect and implement microservices and distributed systems.
  • Build, deploy, and manage applications on AWS (Fargate, Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS/Aurora, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, CloudWatch).
  • Integrate AI/ML workflows and solutions into production applications.
  • Design asynchronous tasks, background jobs, and task queues using Celery.
  • Write and enforce unit and integration tests with pytest or Django testing framework.
  • Lead Docker-based containerized development and deployment.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and best practices.
  • Optimize SQL and NoSQL databases and implement caching strategies.
  • Design and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints; follow MVC and backend design patterns.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical planning, estimation, and architecture discussions.
  • Ensure code quality, system performance, and adherence to best practices in domain-driven design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expert-level proficiency in Python, FastAPI, Django REST Framework, and Celery.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional Python development experience is required.
  • Strong frontend experience (React, Vue, or Django templates).
  • Hands-on experience with workflow engine.
  • Production usage experience with is required.
  • Advanced understanding of microservices, distributed systems, async programming, and concurrency.
  • Extensive experience with AWS services (Compute, Storage, Databases, Messaging/Eventing, Monitoring).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of AWS cloud services experience is required.
  • Proficient in Docker, containerized deployments, and DevOps collaboration.
  • Deep experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Skilled in CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and automated testing.
  • Knowledge of caching strategies and performance optimization.
  • Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into applications.
  • Strong understanding of GraphQL and REST API design principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in large-scale domain-driven microservices applications.
  • Exposure to cloud-native architecture and distributed systems at scale.
  • Proven track record in leading remote development teams.
