We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in Laravel (v11/12) and ReactJS to build, maintain, and optimize our web applications and internal tools.

You'll report directly to our Senior Tech Lead and be responsible for delivering features and tickets on time, ensuring reliability and scalability across our systems.


Job Responsibilities

Backend & API Development (Laravel)

  • Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Laravel 11/12 (PHP 8+)
  • Build and optimize RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
  • Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, Sanctum/Passport)
  • Design and maintain database schemas, migrations, and optimize queries using Eloquent ORM

Frontend & Interface Development (ReactJS)

  • Develop modern, responsive interfaces using ReactJS (Hooks, Context API)
  • Work with Inertia.JS for seamless Laravel–React integration
  • Implement responsive design with TailwindCSS / Bootstrap / Material UI
  • Create efficient, responsive admin panels using Livewire and Filament

Code Quality & Optimization

  • Write clean, maintainable code and basic unit tests using PHPUnit or Pest
  • Participate in code reviews, pull requests, and follow Git-based workflows
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Coordinate with the Senior Tech Lead and cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing, Product) to ensure features are delivered within scope and timeline
  • Maintain GitHub Actions or other CI/CD pipelines under supervision
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and continuously improve existing systems
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer using Laravel and ReactJS
  • Strong understanding of frontend build tools (Vite, Webpack, Babel)
  • Familiarity with Inertia.JS or similar hybrid stacks
  • Experience working with SQL databases (MySQL preferred)
  • Basic experience with unit testing and CI/CD workflows
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices and application optimization
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: ₱80,000/mo starting gross pay base
  • Performance-based bonuses based on timeline performance
  • Benefits: Government-mandated (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), 13th-month pay, HMO upon regularization

Work Setup
  • Contract: Full-time employment (6-month probationary period).
  • Location: Remote (Philippines)
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PHT (1-hour break).
  • Reporting: Directly to the Senior Tech Lead
  • Equipment: Reliable high-speed internet and laptop in a quiet workspace.
