This role offers a chance to work directly with the business owners, take full ownership of digital growth initiatives, and become an integral part of a collaborative, long-term team.

Job Description We're looking for a results-driven digital marketing professional who can manage both SEO and paid advertising strategies to drive sustained growth and local market dominance. You'll be responsible for rebuilding the company's online presence, improving organic visibility, and managing high-performing paid campaigns. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys autonomy, strategic ownership, and measurable impact.


Responsibilities
SEO Strategy and Execution

•Conduct a comprehensive SEO audit and develop a recovery and growth strategy

•Identify and clean up harmful backlinks while rebuilding domain authority through white-hat link building

•Optimise for high-value local search terms and improve Google Maps rankings

•Develop tailored SEO strategies for both construction and events market segments

•Collaborate on content strategies that support long-term organic growth

•Scale SEO efforts to support new product lines and market expansion

•Monitor and report on organic visibility, domain health, and keyword performance

Paid Advertising Strategy and Execution
•Audit and optimise existing Google Ads accounts and campaign structures

•Rebuild and manage campaigns for key services such as temporary power poles and portaloo rentals

•Develop and manage separate campaign strategies for construction and events market segments

•Monitor campaign performance, control budgets, and optimise for maximum ROI and ROAS

•Collaborate directly with the business owners on advertising plans and messaging

•Expand paid advertising to include emerging product lines and services

•Integrate campaign insights with overall marketing and SEO strategies

Requirements
• Proven track record in both SEO and Google Ads management

•Experience in SEO recovery, domain authority rebuilding, and local search optimisation

•Strong understanding of Google My Business, Google Maps, and local search ranking factors

•Skilled in backlink analysis, cleanup, and ethical link building

•Expertise in managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns with measurable ROI

•Proficiency with tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Ads Manager

•Background in B2B service industries, ideally in construction or events

•Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills

•Ability to work independently while being part of a small, close-knit team
