Role Overview

The Marketing Assistant supports the Marketing Department in executing day-to-day marketing activities, campaigns, and events. The role is responsible for assisting with content creation, social media management, administrative support, and coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure that marketing initiatives are implemented effectively and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Support & Coordination

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and events.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and partners for marketing materials and requirements.
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and other marketing-related documents.

Content & Social Media Management

  • Support in creating content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor, update, and engage with the company's social media platforms.
  • Gather insights and prepare basic analytics reports on social media and campaign performance.

Market Research & Data Management

  • Conduct basic market research, competitor checks, and trend analysis.
  • Assist in maintaining databases of customers, leads, and marketing contacts.
  • Gather feedback from campaigns/events to support continuous improvement.

Administrative & Clerical Tasks

  • Handle documentation, filing, and coordination of marketing-related requests.
  • Ensure timely processing of marketing requisitions, purchase requests, and liquidation of expenses.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Team.
