The Marketing Project Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Marketing Project Manager in executing marketing projects and virtual events. The role requires strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills to ensure smooth project workflows and timely delivery of marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Marketing Project Manager.
  • Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and follow-ups with internal

teams, clients, and external partners.

  • Support the preparation and organization of virtual events and follow-up

tasks.

  • Help manage and update project documentation, reports, and progress trackers.
  • Assist in managing digital files, forms, and subscription databases.
  • Provide logistical support for video editing workflows (e.g., organizing raw

files, maintaining version control, and ensuring deadlines are met with editors).

  • Monitor project timelines and remind stakeholders of upcoming deadlines.
  • Draft and proofread communications, reports, and marketing materials before

final submission.

  • Take on ad hoc tasks delegated by the Marketing Project Manager to help

streamline processes and improve project execution. Your qualifications:

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and virtual event workflows

preferred.

  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 2-3 years night shift experience as this role requires the

candidate to be present during night shift hours

  • Stable internet connection, with at least 50 MBPS download and upload speed
  • Back-up prepaid Wi-Fi/internet connection is available on standby
  • Must have own computer with sufficient specifications to support virtual

work. Work Hours: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM (Central Time), work hours may vary Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays Rest Days: Saturday and Sunday
