Job Description Understand the scope of documentation. Collate and analyze available documentation such as requirement documents or specification documents. Create and maintain a central knowledge database which will include updates, organization, translation requests, announcements, and known issues. Support the creation of training material for product verticals. Respond to all knowledge database feedback and targeted training feedback. Audit knowledge database and training to ensure information is current. Qualifications Any full-time college degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with specialization in English/Mass Communications/Technical Communications. A certificate in Technical Writing or Software Documentation will be an advantage. Has 6+ years of experience in technical writing and editing online help content or customer support/agent-facing help content. Has excellent team and client handling skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills. Understand the quality assurance norms and guidelines. Willing to work onsite (BGC, Taguig). Willing to work night shift.
