Account Officer

Responsibilities
- Source clients through affiliates, suppliers, and external networks.
 - Perform preliminary background and credit investigations.
 - Manage the delivery of personalized service, oversee loan processing up to release, monitor payments, and promote loan renewals.
 - Design and implement market value propositions.
 - Engage in cross-selling of related financial products (e.g., Asenso, Insuretayo).
 - Establish strong public relations with agencies and industry associations.
 - Create and conduct product presentations.
 - Develop tracking systems to gather and analyze market data.
 - Recommend and assist in implementing marketing strategies and targets.
 - Coordinate with the Operations department for background investigations.
 - Prepare legal and loan-related documents (undertakings, mortgage contracts).
 - Maintain and update client files, records, and databases.
 - Prepare and comply with required reports including: Activity Reports, Monthly Work Programs, Work Program Accomplishments, Review and suggest policies to meet client's demands.
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
 - At least 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in a financial institution or a related industry.
 - Established networks or a client base is an advantage.
 
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
