Job Overview:

The Credit Officer are responsible for evaluating and approving credit applications, ensuring the accuracy of credit decisions, and maintaining a low past-due rate.

Key Result Areas:

  • Credit Approval
  • Credit Evaluation TAT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and approve credit applications, ensuring a past-due rate below 2% for both individual and team performance.
  • Reduce the Credit Evaluation Turnaround Time (TAT) from 1.1 days to 30 minutes, expediting the loan approval process.
  • Communicate effectively with sales teams to provide guidance and support on credit-related matters.
  • Stay updated on credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience for Credit Officer.
  • Proficiency in using credit scoring models and analyzing financial statements.
  • Strong knowledge of credit policies, regulations, and best practices.
