As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our expanding finance team. This is an additional role designed to support increasing client and operational requirements.

This position suits a technically strong accountant who enjoys client interaction, billing ownership, and payroll oversight within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and manage a portfolio of clients
  • Prepare and issue client invoices, including monthly recurring billing
  • Ensure invoices are accurate, on time, and aligned with client agreements
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up outstanding payments
  • Reconcile billing and client accounts in Xero
  • Review and oversee client and internal payroll processing
  • Review payroll summaries, reconciliations, and journals
  • Coordinate with HR on approved salary changes and final pay
  • Contribute to process improvements across accounting, billing, and payroll

About You

  • CPA/CA qualified (or close to completion)
  • 4-5+ years' PH & AU accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of PH & AU accounting and tax requirements
  • Advanced experience with Xero
  • Experience overseeing payroll and AR processes
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator and team contributor
