About this role. . .

The Senior Accountant is tasked to manage client portfolios, review junior work, liaise with clients, and support advisory projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review work of graduates, juniors, and intermediate staff
  • Manage multiple client portfolios (SMEs, family groups)
  • Liaise directly with clients on complex queries and strategic planning
  • Mentor, train, and develop junior staff
  • Provide proactive support to managers on advisory projects

Qualifications / Skills:

  • 3-5 years in AU accounting firm work
  • Strong client communication and relationship management skills
  • Solid technical expertise in tax and compliance
  • Effective leadership and mentoring expertise
  • Successfully manages multiple client portfolios
  • Builds and maintains strong client relationships
  • Demonstrates readiness to lead and manage teams
