Work Location: Legaspi Village, Makati City

We're hiring a Solution Architect to design and drive the architecture of our client's global Enterprise Service Management (ESM) and Monitoring platforms. This role defines strategy, ensures scalability and integration, and partners with stakeholders and delivery teams to enable world-class IT service operations.

What you'll do:

  • Define and maintain the ESM & Monitoring architecture, roadmap, and standards.
  • Translate business needs into scalable, future-proof solutions.
  • Guide development teams to deliver enterprise-wide implementations.
  • Partner with global stakeholders to align on strategy, compliance, and best practices.
  • Optimize vendor/platform usage for maximum business value.

  • Solution adoption rate & stakeholder satisfaction
  • Platform availability, stability, and performance
  • Number of successful, on-time implementations
  • Reduction in incidents / improved MTTR
  • Reusability & scalability of delivered solutions

What you bring:

  • 10+ years in ITSM/ESM, with strong architectural background (ServiceNow, BMC, Jira SM, or similar).
  • ITIL 4 and architecture certifications preferred.
  • Proven ability to design and govern large-scale service platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
