Job DescriptionThis Role:This mid-level corporate secretarial position, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive corporate secretarial services with reduced supervision. As such, we are open to conversations with employees related to setting up flexible working arrangementsSupport and development: We will ensure you have the right training, tools and development plan to grow and improve your skills every day  Qualifications ABOUT YOU:You should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Juris degree, Corporate Governance, Law, or a related field.Relevant certifications such as Chartered Secretary or equivalent corporate governance qualifications are advantageous. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate secretarial services, with exposure to low-to-medium complexity tasks. You should have familiarity with corporate secretarial practices, particularly in funds and special purpose vehicles, is a plus.You should have experience managing multiple clients and deliverables within tight deadlines.
