Fund Accountant Join AS White Global as a Fund Accountant and support our growing independent Australian financial management firm. You will provide comprehensive fund administration, accounting, management reporting, and tax compliance services to fund managers, helping deliver a one‑stop solution for international fund managers. Location: BGC, Taiguig City (first 3 months full time), then hybrid with 3 days per week in office. Working hours 6 AM–3 PM, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities Ensure all client deliverables align with service agreements. Maintain accounting records, including processing transactions in Reckon (experience helpful but not essential). Process investor transactions. Handle tax compliance, including distribution calculations and BAS returns. Coordinate with external auditors and service providers. Prepare annual financial statements. Create periodical management reporting packs. Key Skills & Experience Minimum three years of experience in Fund Accounting with strong background in balance sheet and P&L management, bookkeeping, journal entries, financial statement preparation, and reporting. Preference for real‑assets experience. At least one year of experience preparing financial statements or NAVs (Net Asset Value). Experience with Geneva World Investor product is a big advantage. Willingness to work in the BGC office three days a week. High attention to detail and strong discipline in record keeping. Understanding of confidentiality requirements.
