Join Infinit-O as a Junior Fund Administrator to support financial services clients with fund administration and reporting in a dynamic, data-driven environment. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Supporting clients by understanding and prioritizing their needs to scale CFO services Handling capital calls and distributions Providing audit and tax support Assisting with pre/post close services Preparing quarterly and annual financials Managing Limited Partner communications Enhancing transparency for founders, VCs, and LPs through tools like real-time IRR and portfolio data Providing additional data points such as TVPI and RVPI About You The company is looking for: 0-1 year of professional accounting experience 0-1 year of closed-end fund accounting experience Degree in accounting or finance Experience interpreting and understanding Limited Partnership Agreements Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with good judgment on decision escalation Interest in providing best-in-class service Effective communication skills and ability to multitask to meet deadlines Understanding of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Fund of Funds, and Fund Administration Experience with Crypto funds is advantageous Advanced Microsoft Office skills and Investran experience Interest in working on projects in a fast-paced environment both independently and within a team How to Apply: Submit your application with all required information using the company website.
