Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Metro Davao for an Associate Director – Fund Administration. The Associate Director will be responsible for overseeing fund administration services, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing client relationships, preparing financial statements, and conducting tax compliance and consulting services for various funds. Additional responsibilities include supervising a team, addressing inquiries from fund investors, and implementing best practices in fund administration.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical knowledge in Fund Administration, Financial Statements Preparation, and Compliance
  • Experience in supervising teams and managing client relationships
  • Proficiency in Tax Compliance and Consulting services
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Metro Davao
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus
  • Experience in the alternative investments industry is beneficial
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
