Job Description

As an Email & Newsletter Communications Specialist, you'll develop, manage, and deliver compelling digital communications that engage international audiences. From newsletters to product updates and internal announcements, you'll ensure every message reflects clarity, alignment, and purpose. This role combines creativity and strategic planning-helping you tell stories that inform, inspire, and build stronger digital connections.

Salary: Up to PHP65,000

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3-5 years of experience in communications, customer marketing, or customer success
  • Proven success in producing newsletters, email campaigns, or product communications
  • Proficiency in content planning, strategy, and maintaining a consistent brand voice
  • Experience managing large-scale customer communications (newsletters, announcements, etc.)
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack or Confluence for workflow and visibility
