About the role

JR PLASTIC' is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our dynamic team in our manufacturing facility located in San Pedro City, Laguna. As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a team of production workers, ensuring efficient operations and meeting our high-quality standards. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for career growth within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a team of production workers to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
  • Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and quality
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to develop their skills and capabilities
  • Communicate effectively with the production team, management, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process
