What We Ask
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any Supply Chain Management related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply planning or similar role.
• Experience with S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills; proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Maintain appropriate stock levels across multiple locations to ensure continuity of operations without excess inventory.
• Supply Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Create master production plan that
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare inventory reports, monitor KPIs (e.g., supplier performance), and recommend improvements.
• Risk Management: Create contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, production, and sales teams to align supply with business needs.
• System Management: Utilize ERP and inventory management systems for tracking and planning.
