Market Research Associate

In behalf of our US-based client, Vanivation Corp. is hiring Market Research Associates.

If you've ever worked as a medical scribe, transcriptionist, coder, or biller, (or just have a love for U.S. healthcare system in general), you know the patterns and the chaos. Now, imagine putting that insight to work in a different way, by helping leading healthcare organizations make smarter, data-informed decisions.

We're looking for a detail-obsessed, design-minded Market Research Associate to join the team. Someone who loves well-structured reports, crisp writing, clean visuals, and finding clarity in the mess. You'll go beyond collecting data; you'll help tell the story it reveals.

What You'll Do

• Support end-to-end research efforts focused on hospitals and health systems across the U.S.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize market data, turning complex findings into crisp insights.
• Collaborate with our experienced research team to deliver strategic recommendations to clients.
• Stay on top of healthcare trends, policy shifts, and industry movements.
• Help craft client deliverables that are both informative and visually engaging.

What We're Looking For

• Background in medical scribing, transcription, billing/coding, or a related healthcare documentation field.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Healthcare Administration, English, Journalism, or similar.
• Strong writing, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Keynote; bonus points for graphic design skills.
• A solid understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and how hospitals operate.
