Job Description: Marketing Officer

The Marketing Officer plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, sales acumen, and the ability to manage relationships with agencies and partners. The role also involves spearheading business development initiatives to expand market reach and achieve company sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Develop, implement, and oversee strategic marketing and sales plans aligned with overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential threats.
• Analyze competitors, customer insights, and market conditions to refine strategies.

Business Development & Sales

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and external partners.
• Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing marketing-driven leads and strategies.
• Represent the company in client presentations, networking events, and business meetings.

Campaign & Brand Management

• Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, experiential).
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and enforce brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with agencies, creative teams, and third-party vendors in developing effective marketing collateral.

Digital Marketing

• Oversee digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure performance and optimize campaigns for ROI.
• Stay updated on emerging digital trends and tools to keep the company ahead in the market.

Agency & Partner Management

• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Negotiate contracts, evaluate performance, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Coordinate joint marketing initiatives with partner organizations.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales and marketing team.
• Foster a collaborative work environment and allocate resources effectively.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations.

Budget & Performance Management

• Develop and manage the marketing and business development budget.
• Monitor expenses and ROI to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Establish KPIs and prepare regular performance and progress reports.
• Use data-driven insights for decision-making and strategy refinement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 1-5years of experience in marketing, with exposure to sales and marketing.
• Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns and business growth initiatives.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, trends, and tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with clients, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Analytical and results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
