Key Responsibilities

Product Launch & Marketing

  • Develop and execute launch strategies for new products, including positioning, pricing, and promotional plans.
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms to create awareness and generate demand.
  • Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and production teams to prepare packaging, marketing collaterals, and promotional materials.
  • Organize product launch events, pop-up activities, and in-store or online promotions.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and gather consumer insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Manage the company's online presence — including social media, website updates, and e-commerce listings.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness.

Sales Development

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through direct selling, partnerships, and online channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Prepare and present quotations, sales reports, and sales forecasts.
  • Ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with management and other departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing and sales plans.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to support product development and improvement.
  • Maintain updated sales and marketing records, including customer databases and lead pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or product management (experience in trading, distribution, or FMCG is an advantage).
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong planning and project management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Must be self-driven, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to report to Eton Cyberpod Corinthian Office (Ortigas) on Mondays to Saturdays (flexible hours)
