Job Description:

1. CONTENT CREATION AND DURATION

  • Develop Content: Create engaging post, including images, videos, reels, stories and captions tailored to platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and Youtube. For example: In Manila. This might mean crafting Tagalog-English posts or trending Tiktok challenges.
  • Design Visuals: Use tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Premiere Pro to produce graphics or edit videos (e.g., product promos for a Manila-based retailed like Lazada).
  • Curate User-Generated Content: Source and re-post customer photos, reviews, or testimonials to boost authenticity.
  • Align with Brand Voice: Ensure all content reflects the company`s tone-fun and youthful for brands like Jollibee, or professional for firms like BDO Unibank.

2. SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY AND PLANNING

  • Set Goals: Define objectives, such as increasing followers, driving website traffic, or boosting sales (e.g., promoting a Manila event like a SM Mall sale).
  • Create Content Calendars: Plan posts weeks or months in advance, scheduling campaigns around holidays (e.g., Christmas season in the Philippines) or product launches.
  • Platform Selection: Choose the right platforms for the target audience-Instagram and Tiktok for Gen Z, LinkedIn for B2B clients in Makati.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on trends, like viral challenges or new features (e.g., Instagram Reels), to keep content relevant.

3. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

  • Respond Interactions: Reply to comments, messages, and mentions to build relationships. For instance, addressing customer queries about a Manila restaurant`s menu on Facebook.
  • Manage Feedback: Handle positive and negative reviews professionally, escalating issues when needed (e.g., complain about delivery delay).
  • Foster Community: Encourage discussions, run polls, or host live sessions to boost engagement (e.g., Q&A for Filipino skincare brand).
  • Collaborate with Influencers: Partner with local influencers or micro-influencers in Manila to amplify reach.

4. ADVERTISING AND CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
