A leading infrastructure company in Cebu is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead its water utility operations in Cordova.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day plant operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Manage financial performance, budgets, and risk mitigation initiatives.
  • Foster strong stakeholder and community relations.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Engineer, preferably with a Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of experience in operations or general management, ideally in water treatment plants, utilities, or large-scale industrial facilities.
  • Strong track record in operations, asset management, and strategic leadership.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
