Outside Plant Engineer

  • Handle Client projects that concern Outside Plant expansion and OSP Core Backbone
  • Coordination with various internal, external domains and vendors.
  • Assistance in the creation and maintenance of project documentation and reports
  • Provide support for OSP Project Rollout for Expansion
  • Validate and oversee implementation of provided Fiber Optic Plan
  • Consolidation of Data from different Proponents
  • Attend to Vendor Meetings and Kickoff Meetings
  • Provide support for Site Assessment, Survey/Staking, Audit and Asset inventory
  • AttendOversee Project Rollout and make sure that standards are met
  • Provide vendor assistance in Termination and troubleshooting
  • Testing and validation of end-to-end connectivity of FOC
  • Provide scorecard updates at the end of the day regarding project progress
  • Visit sites and serve as Client Representative
  • Managing/checking/update of BOQ WP, LOA WP, PR, PO availment records and HLP preparation
  • Updating Outside Plant project trackers and dashboards
  • Daily reporting of accomplishments to Senior Engineers and Squad Leads.

Job Qualifications*

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering or any equivalent course.
  • With telecom experience (CORE OSP/Submarine Cable Implementation)
  • At least 1 year experience in project management.
  • A valid driver's license is an advantage but not required.
  • Driving experience is an advantage but not required.
