We are excited to launch the search for our new Key Account Associate
This opportunity in a nutshell
This position will be responsible for developing sales strategies and plans to support sales team to drive for sales growth in existing accounts as well as sourcing and developing new business opportunities for assigned sector in order to achieve business objectives and goals.
How you'll add value
Translate marketing strategies into action plans to increase sales volume and improve margins
Collaborate with managers to develop and execute effective sales strategies and growth projects.
Create tools and methods to drive sales and profitability.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to design growth-focused business models.
Drive new business development and acquire new customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients for long-term growth.
Identify, evaluate, and close business opportunities through strategic negotiation and deal integration
What you need to be successful
Bachelor's degree holder with at least 5 years of B2B field sales experience; service solution selling is a plus.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Excellent time management; can multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Highly driven, results-oriented, and maintains a positive, can-do attitude.
Strong analytical skills; able to interpret data and apply strategic tools to meet targets.
Skilled in consultative selling with proven sales training or experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
