Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Manager with expertise in full-stack development and IT systems management to lead our technology initiatives across all business units. This role requires a balance of technical proficiency, leadership, and strategic planning to ensure that every department has the IT tools, infrastructure, and support needed to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the IT Department in providing comprehensive IT support across all business units.
  • Manage software development projects, with strong knowledge in front-end and back-end (full-stack) development.
  • Design, implement, and maintain IT systems, networks, and security measures to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify IT requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Manage IT resources, budgets, and procurement of technology solutions.
  • Establish and maintain IT policies, data security, and compliance protocols.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to IT staff.
  • Troubleshoot high-level technical issues affecting business units.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an IT Manager, IT Lead, or similar role.
  • Strong expertise in full-stack development (JavaScript, , React, Angular, PHP, Python, .NET, SQL, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience in system administration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and database management.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with multiple business units.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise-wide business applications.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align IT solutions with organizational needs.
