DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages the assigned branch with the allocated sales target.
  • manages sales personnel to generate sales results.
  • conceptualizes and implements marketing activities
  • builds and promotes harmonious relationships and motivation among sales personnel.
  • develops and recommends programs for the development of sales personnel.
  • implements corporate systems, policies, and procedures by continuously updating IOM and consistently monitoring 5S compliance.
  • establishes and maintains good customer relationships.
  • help build a strong company image through sound selling and marketing activities.
  • recommends commission strategy together with other branch heads.
  • ensures that all policies about credit and collection, pricing, inventory, accounts receivable, inter-oz transactions, and other related policies are strictly implemented.
  • conducts regular/periodic meetings with branch personnel, such as information cascading, coaching, and counseling.
  • gather and analyze market developments and gather pertinent information such as, but not limited to, competitors' activities, new brands and new products/parts in the market, price competitiveness of our products, potential market opportunities and market trends, relevant customers' feedback, and others.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in BSBA, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • must have at least 3 - 5 years sales experience - gained from the automotive industry is an advantage
  • computer proficient, strong leadership skills, excellent oral and written communications, bargaining and negotiating skills, and driving.
  • with at least 5 years of sales supervisory or managerial experience.
  • willing to be assigned in Sta. Cruz, Manila.
