As head of the Security Department, to ensure that all company personnel are well protected by security forces and company assets properly secured, assist plant management in developing and formulating corporate security plan; act as liaison with government agencies and/or third parties.

Key Deliverables and Tasks:

1. Organize and control the overall activities within the Security Department.

2. Manage and develop the department, by training and motivating the security officers and guards to meet current needs and future challenges.

3. Ensure that security operations run in the most cost effective and efficient way possible through resource allocation and planning and control of operation cost.

4. Set up objectives and directives for all the operational functions in the department.

5. Conduct performance evaluation of Security Agency.

6. Ensure consistent compliance to ISO management system and programs.

7. Plan and control security personnel headcount in the department.

8. Provide Plant Management with the necessary security information and updates.

9. Authorized to file appropriate criminal cases as well as civil cases for the protection of the interests of the corporation against third parties.

10. Perform other tasks that management may assign from time to time.

Key Deliverables as Security Supervisor

1. Manage the security requirements of the plant.

2. Coordinate with Security Agency's Operation Manager on security direction and imperatives; security standards, procedures and guidelines

Objectives and Targets of Security Supervisor

1. Develop policies and procedures for security services.

2. Monitor compliance to standards, practices and procedures for security services.

3. Develop and ensure compliance to security standards, policies, guidelines, emergency response plan and other security related processes.

4. Conduct investigations and maintain investigation records.

5. Supervise security contractors and conduct contractor performance evaluation

6. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance to security standards, policies and guidelines.

7. Liaise with the police authorities and security agencies in case of breach in security measures.

8. Act as Liaison Officer for all government-related activities and requirements and other third parties like newsmen.

9. Formulate and implement contract standards and guidelines and monitors compliance; reviews contract for compliance to guidelines; responsible for the continuous improvements of accreditation and contractor selection process in coordination with the concerned department; liaises with legal retainers to ensure negotiated modification to standard terms and conditions in order to provide adequate protection to the company; and gathers and maintains information regarding contractor's performance.

10. Assumes the direct and indirect responsibility to implement the objectives, targets and programs of the company to ensure that the integrated management system of the company is implemented.

11. Initiates action under his/her scope of work to assure that BFFI products, processes and services are carried out in an environmentally responsible and protective manner to guarantee the integrity of BFFI's food safety practices and to implement continual improvement programs.

12. Represents Bounty Fresh Food Inc. in filing of theft and pilferage cases and attend to the court hearings as required.

13. Perform other related duties assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelors of Science degree in a related Engineering, Agriculture, IT, Food Science and Technology course.

2. At least 3 years experience in Security Management

3. Strong leadership skills and extensive experience in managing a large number of manpower

4. High tolerance for stress and a strong sense for urgency.

5. Strategic thinker, well organized and analytical.

6. A team worker, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

7. Self-confident, committed, enthusiastic and works well under pressure.

8. Able to write concise and accurate reports and proposals.

9. Willing to relocate/ stay in company dormitory.

10. Must know how to drive.
