Role Description
This is a full-time administrative assistant role located on-site in Subic. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing clerical support, managing phone calls, maintaining communication with various stakeholders, and assisting with executive administrative tasks. Day-to-day tasks will include scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, organizing files, and supporting the executive team.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Communication
- Strong Clerical Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office)
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
